This step by step instruction will help you set up your Booking Trust account.

Getting Started:
Once you log in to BookingTrust - please change your password: go to Profile > Password (Password must be 5-9 characters)
- Update your Profile page (Profile > Profile and click Edit Details button)
- Add Owners bank details

Override Global Fees on a property or on owner's level
- Add Contractors details and bank accounts
- Lastly - please don't forget to subscribe to your monthly plan - go to Profile > My account > Upgrade my account (green button).
Now your BookingTrust console is set up and ready to help you with your daily operations.

Once you've added all your future bookings with charges and payments and recorded expenses your trust account balance should be reconciled with BookingTrust records.
It is crucial to ensure that your BookingTrust trust account balance is equal to your actual trust account balance. Here are the steps to take to verify it:
- Check your Cashbook balance (Trust Account > Cashbook)
Your Cashbook balance represents the current balance of all transactions recorded in BookingTrust. All those transactions are listed in the Cashbook report. The balance should be very close to what your actual trust account balance is (minus transactions that have already been recorded but haven't reached your bank yet due to the processing time). - Perform Daily Reconciliation (Trust Account > Bank Rec > Daily Rec) - click here to find out more.
