Overriding Global Fees

Global Fees set in Profile > Global Fees apply to all properties and bookings. To change the fee for one property, add a property-level fee with the same options as the Global Fee. BookingTrust marks the fee as modified at the property level.

1. Go to Properties > Active Properties and find the property, using Search if needed.
2. Expand the property with + and select Fee Rates.
3. Select Add Fee and enter the same options as the Global Fee you are overriding, with the property’s rate. To check the Global Fee options, open Profile > Global Fees and select Edit beside the fee.
4. Select Save. To change the property-level fee later, select Edit beside it.
