This video shows how to link a property to a parent property.
In the parent-and-child walkthrough, both properties are assigned to the same owner. Open the child property for editing, choose its Parent Property, save and view the details. The dropdown offers properties that have not already been marked as children.
Make sure there are no recurring fees on the child properties. When a child reservation is released, it is released to the parent. Invoices and management fees can only be added to the parent in this arrangement, not to the child.
