To connect BookingTrust to Guesty, generate the BookingTrust marketplace API key in Guesty and provide it to BookingTrust when requested. The key is used to set up the partner connection; it is different from keys for Guesty Open API or OAuth applications.
Use the Marketplace key and share it securely
Guesty says Marketplace integration keys expire four hours after generation. Copy the key and complete the setup promptly. Never paste it into a public message or article.
Copy the BookingTrust key
- Sign in to Guesty.
- Open Integrations in the side navigation, then select Marketplace.
- Open the BookingTrust listing.
- Select Connect.
- In the pop-up, select the copy control to copy the API key.
Complete the connection
Provide the copied key to BookingTrust when requested so its team can complete the connection. Follow any account-specific setup instructions from BookingTrust.
If the key expires
Generate a fresh Marketplace key if you have not completed initial setup before it expires, then provide the new key promptly. Guesty notes that an expired token alone does not mean an already connected integration has stopped working. If Guesty shows the connection as active, do not disconnect it just because the displayed token has expired. Contact BookingTrust if it reports a connection problem.
