If there are instances where you need to disburse property money to separate account within the owner's portfolio, the method is as follows.
Make sure the owner has their 'default' bank account added, so that all properties will disburse to this account be default. Money will be disbursed to this account, unless bank details are added directly to the property using this method
- You can edit or add the specific bank account for a property by going to 'Active Properties' -> Find the property and select 'More Details'
- There is a 'bank' option at the top where you can add a separate bank account details for that property
- Select the Add Property Account - This will allow you to enter the account details for that specific property. All other properties for the owner will suse the default account that is allocated to the owner.
