You need an active BookingTrust account and access to the BookingTrust and Hospitable accounts you want to connect.
- Sign in to BookingTrust.
- Open Reports > Syncing > Hospitable API Sync.
- When redirected, sign in to Hospitable and select Authorize BookingTrust.
- On returning to BookingTrust, open Reports > Syncing > Property Sync to download the properties.
Contact BookingTrust’s integration team to finish setting up your property profiles, owners and fees.
The connection imports reservation, guest and payment details for trust accounting; BookingTrust does not send information back to Hospitable. Imported records do not confirm receipt of money at the bank. Reconcile receipts against bank records.
