When a booking is received into a new unit that has just come into the pool, there is no need to 'Add' this in BookingTrust as it will automatically be added once the first transaction is received.
You will need to check 'Properties->Unallocated' to ensure that the owner has been links and that the correct contract or fee type has been added.
