When the payment for services is done directly from your trading account, you can record it in Booking Trust as your Management fee with the service type entered in the Comment field.
It will appear on the owner's statement as Management fee and will be paid to you as such.
To set up Management Fee:
Go to Transactions > Add Management Fee > select the Property > under Booking Fee field select Admin Fee > Add the service description in the Comments field.

This information will be added to the next Booking Report for the owner (the comment text will be visible in the report)
